It’s easy to add your KSW FCU Visa® debit or credit cards! Adding your KSW FCU Visa cards to a digital wallet on your mobile device takes a few simple steps:

  1. LOCATE (or download) the digital wallet on your mobile device. KSW FCU Visa debit and credit cards are compatible with Samsung Pay, Google Pay™ and Apple Pay®.
  2. CLICK “Add to Wallet” within the app and select the type of card you’d like to add. You can add multiple cards to a digital wallet, including your KSW FCU Visa debit cards and credit cards.
  3. SCAN your card or enter the card details manually. Once your cards are loaded, select a default payment method.

If you decide digital banking is not for you, you can request the deletion of your digital banking by sending us an email at info@kswfcu.org.

New Members: Registering for Mobile and Online Service

When registering for mobile services for the first time you will receive an email with a pin dedicated to your account. This is a one-time pin which is good for one minute upon opening the email.

Suggestion: Do not open the pin email unless you are prepared to enter it into the mobile device immediately

You can register up to seven devices.

PC Users

When you first register, you will be asked three security questions. The answers to these three questions cannot be provided by KSW. Please make sure you remember your answers. In the event you forget, you will have to re-register after contacting KSW at 207-872-5602.
